How To Cook
Instruction
1. Prepare Ingredients
Wash and pat fry all fresh produce. Chop parsley finely. Peel and slice onions. Slice tomato into your desired thickness. Peel lettuce leaf by leaf and cut bigger leaves into small pieces ( about burger bun size). With a clean and dry knife, slice burger buns into halves.
2. Prepare Burger Patties
Put cream crackers into a plastic/ziplock bag. Use a roller pin or bottle to crush the crackers into fine crumbs. Place ground beef into a large bowl, add in chopped parsley, cracker crumbs, black pepper and about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Using your hand, mix all the ingredients together, ensuring everything is well mixed. Close your hand into a fist and pound the meat a couple of times. Divide the meat into 2 portions evenly, mold into 2 round balls and flatten slightly. Set aside
3. Finish your Dish
Heat frying pan with vegetable oil on high heat. Turn heat to medium and add the beef patties onto pan. Use a spatula and gently press the patties down. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and place a slice of cheddar cheese on the top and set aside. Use a kitchen towel to clean up the oil in the pan. Place the burger buns flat side down and toast them till lightly crispy and golden brown. Layer lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes on the base of the burger bun. Scoop up the patty with cheese and place on top.
