A popular dish in Singapore and Malaysia where pork ribs are simmered in a complex broth with various herbs served traditionally with rice or fried dough fritters. We know it is very tedious to cook up a good bowl of bak kut teh that takes long hours. That said, this doesn’t mean we don’t cook it at home at all.
