Laksa is a spicy noodle soup popular in Peranakan cuisine. Through the years, many have given it a twist and cooking up the dry fried (aka goreng) version. We love the twist and so we have prepared this recipe that’s filled with the fragrance of dried shrimps, loaded with spice and sumptuous accompaniments – fish cake, quail eggs, prawns and bean sprouts. Indeed a local delicacy to cook up at home!
